Who we are.
Designed Wealth Management (operating as Designed Securities Ltd.) is an independent, dual-registered investment dealer providing a range of investment products and solutions to Canadians. We are a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and are registered as an Investment Fund Manager under the Ontario Securities Commission.
Founded in 2021, Designed Wealth Management has grown to support 150 advisors across Canada, with $8 billion+ in assets under administration. We are headquar-tered in Toronto, Ontario and registered in — list provinces].

Why independence matters.
The wealth management industry was built around institutions. Products were creat-ed to generate revenue for the firms that sold them. Advisors were measured by quo-tas, not by the quality of the advice they gave. We think that’s the wrong model.
Designed Wealth Management was built to offer an alternative. One where the advi-sor’s only obligation is to the client. Where the dealer’s job is to support that relation-ship — not profit from it. Where independence is not a marketing claim, but a struc-tural reality.
